On behalf of the student association, studentcare.net/works negotiates a collective plan that has the best mix of benefits and coverage, while providing accessible services and information to students. Essentially, this service saves our members across Canada millions of dollars in medical costs each year.

As the Plan administrator, we aid the student association in informing you, its member of the Plan through the use of websites, information in student newspapers, mailings, emails, posters around campus, etc.

Representing the student, our member services centre can answer any question you have about the Plan while acting as a liaison with the insurance company to overcome any issues that you may encounter. This can be anything from how to fill out a claim form, or how to file a drug exception, to how to enrol your dependants.

Each year, the quality of service is measured through student satisfaction surveys. We always look forward to improving our services and encourage students to participate in our yearly surveys as they provide us with feedback where your voice can be heard.
