Change-of-Coverage PeriodThe Change-of-Coverage Period is the period at the beginning of each Term when you can either opt out or enrol yourself, your spouse and dependants in the Health & Dental Plan. If you start school in the Fall Term, the Change-of-Coverage Period is from Sept. 1 - 30, 2012. If you’re a new student starting in the Winter Term, you can opt out or enrol your spouse and dependants between Jan. 1 - 31, 2013.If you’re a new student starting in the Spring Term, you can opt out or enrol your spouse and dependants between May 1 - 31, 2013.
