Covers 80% of the cost of stipulated medical equipment including crutches, wheelchair rental, hospital-type bed and permanent prosthesis. Rigid and semi-rigid braces (not for athletic use), and orthopedic shoes are also covered.

Before incurring any medical equipment expense, you should contact studentcare.net/works for eligibility information and any applicable maximums of all equipment.

A medical doctor's authorization is required for these claims.
