Returning eligible students who were covered in last year's Winter semester will not experience a Blackout Period in the Fall sesmeter of this year. All other students will have a Blackout Period during the first two months of the Fall semester. Only new Winter semester students will experience a Blackout Period in the 2012 Winter semester.
