Dental Accident

The Plan covers the repair/replacement of natural teeth damaged through an external accidental blow to the mouth according to the Provincial Dental Fee Guide for General Practitioners (the province where the service was performed). If you visit a specialist for covered services, your reimbursement will be processed according to the equivalent General Practitioner fee.

Treatment must be completed within the 12 months following the accident. A Dental Accident Form must be submitted to the insurance company immediately following the accident.
